Meet the Artist

Nicole has worked for over fifteen years in the translation and language services sector, specializing in music, visual arts, marketing, financial and medical documents. Projects have included exhibition catalogues for international museums, marketing campaigns for brand leaders, field reports for non-profit humanitarian organizations and financial statements for both individuals and corporations. Her translation of Purr, A Cat Therapy Guide to Happiness, by Gilles Diederichs was published by HarperCollins. In addition to translation, she also offers copy editing, proofreading and post-DTP review in French, Spanish and Catalan into English.

Her work as a voiceover artist allows her to combine her love of performing with her love of language. Specializations range from music & the arts to children’s books to self-help materials.

Nicole’s training includes two Bachelor of Music degrees in Piano Performance and Vocal Performance from Southern Methodist University. She has studied with Marni Nixon, Hilda Harris and Carole Leone. In addition to her music training, she received a Certification in Translation from New York University.
